Lumoraa is an online home décor and home styling store offering selected decorative products, accessories, and lifestyle items designed to improve the look and feel of modern living spaces.
We try to present products as accurately as possible. However, small differences in color, finish, size perception, texture, or pattern may occur because of lighting, screens, natural materials, handmade elements, or supplier variations.

Orders & Delivery

Returns

Refunds

Shipping fees, handling charges, COD charges, or third-party transaction fees may be non-refundable unless the refund is approved because of a verified fault attributable to Lumoraa or a confirmed dispatch error.
